For fun, and because I love movie trailers. Post the trailers of your two favorite movies. I say only two so you choose wisely!

My favourite movie list tends to fluctuate on a daily basis. XD However, there is always one staple:
And...hmm, well, maybe this one is just because I just re-watched it recently...though it is a wonderful movie. Or maybe it's because I'm a music student and the music in this is actually incredible. Either way.

The Red Violin is amazing. The song from the gypsy scene has always stuck with me.

Would seriously suggest watching the edited version though, if you're going to watch the whole movie...
This has to be my all-time favorite. When I first watched it, I was expecting to just go "Squeee!" for the duration of it, but I found that this had an amazing plot that held my attention pretty well. That's on top of being really the only romance movie I can sit through.
This is such a close second. It's too funny, I can't not watch it. But I can't find my DVD. Dx

Ahahaha, Repo! I picked that up at a rental place last year with no idea what it was, never heard of it or its cult followers bfore, just before shipping out to Baltimore for Otakon. I'd thought it was some hyper-obscure thing and that I'd never find someone else who had seen it. Suddenly, Repo! cosplayers everywhere. It was an odd experience.
Anyway, my favorite movie (and book) would be Watership Down, which is old and has a terribly crappy trailer. Oh well.
Hard pressed to come up with a second. There are lots of movies that I love but not many I'd call a favorite. I'll just pick one that's likely at least in the top ten.
Transamerica is one of my favorite films because it addresses LGBT (mostly T in this instance) issues without relying on making it tragic and pitiable (Brokeback Mountain), or over-sexualized and freaky (Rocky Horror Picture Show, Hedwig and the Angry Inch), or just something silly and laughable (The Birdcage). Not that those films aren't good as well, but I don't think they do a lot of good for us. The story in Transamerica is uplifting, and the characters deeply human. It inspires empathy, not adversity or pity or objectification, which is something I feel the LGBT community can only benefit from.

Princess and the Frog is yes. There was this time I ran away from home in New Orleans whilst crossdressing and in heeled boots - not exactly homeless attire, it was sort of an impromptu thing. And I was sobbing, and sitting around Jackson Square, and people were so nice to me. Granted I was in the French Quarter, which is a good place to be if you're looking for nice people in New Orleans, but I love that city now. So Princess and the Frog is one of my favorites.
Treasure Planet is also great. I love Captain Amelia.

And I really want to visit New Orleans.

I am not sure what my favorite movies are at the moment. xD I love Order of the Phoenix. And oh my gosh, I have the movie Spirited Away. It's a rather weird movie, but I still enjoy watching it. I think I will watch it tomorrow, if I have time. And hmm, Kiki's Delivery Service sounds familiar. I think I saw it once when I was little, maybe.
