I need some ideas of what I could put in a Gothic/Victorian Sims 3 mini-town I'm going to build. Eg. candlelabras, swimming pool, etc. The town is going to be Victorian-inspired, so it'll be pretty old age. xD Meaning most modern facilities we have are not allowed. I have quite a lot of general stuff in my Sims 3 game - just few fantasy stuff like cauldrons or witches' brooms. Office chairs, I have them. Fairy doors, I have them (Fairee stuff are pretty much the only fantasy items I have xD). Stuff to put in toilets, I has them. Reynard the Raven, I has his statue. Hanging pot racks for the kitchen, I has them. Most stuff you'll see in real life everyday, I has them. So yeah, shoot away.

Books? I'm pretty sure Victorian would have books, I think Queen Victoria's reign was after Gutenburg's press. Not too many books, though, only for really important people.

I'm not sure how many people had swimming pools back then. xD
Horses and carriages? Opera houses/theatres?

@kana: I have study clutter, meaning random book stuff I can place on shelves. Thanks for the suggestion. @da: Lol yeah. I don;t have horses and carriages...but some little horsie lawn decor. Could use that. x) I could make a ballroom. I have a retro stereo, and that would be useful.

First pics coming in! (Warning: Page stretch) Keep in mind that this is simply the beginning - as I start building more stuff I will change many things. The only thing I have so far is the library - well, I thought about it and decided I wanted a 'secret' library. The dark grass is the 'border' - it's to tell me where my working grounds are, because this lot is huge (64 x64) and the grass outside it is the same as inside it, confusing me. x___x Anyway, this is pretty much the room leading to the secret library. It's supposed to look destroyed - no, not destroyed as in half walls or anything. Just bits of rubble around. This is what the room leads to. Again, this is ALL I have for now. xD Da secret library! I made a maze out of a few Gothic chairs and lots of Gothic bookshelves. Added some little stuffs I thought would make the library seem more...library. x) Other side of library. Just to help you - the longer sofas are at what I call 'north' in this screenshot - in the first picture of the library, it's at what I call 'south'.
